Refund policy

My shipping times are designed to ensure that you receive your prints promptly, no matter where you are. 

Within the UK all shipping is FREE and Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 2-4 days

Within the EU all shipping is FREE with Fulfilment: 2-5 days | Postage: 4-7 days

Rest of the World there may be a small shipping fee but Fulfilment will be 2-5 days and courier 4-7 days.

Prints

All my prints are made to order. Should your print arrived damaged please contact me within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the damage so that I can work to rectify the issue by replacing the print. 

Originals

I sincerely hope that each piece of artwork becomes a cherished part of your home. However, if something isn't quite right, please let me know within 30 days of receiving your piece. I am committed to working with you to find a fulfilling solution, ensuring that your experience with my art is truly delightful

Commissions

Commissioned artworks are highly personalized and made uniquely for you, hence returns aren't standard practice. Rest assured; I involve you thoroughly in the creation process to ensure the final piece resonates well with your vision.

Deposits

While deposits are non-refundable as they secure your art piece or place on the waiting list, they are crucial in covering initial materials and preparation time. Your deposit ensures that we start your commissioned journey with all the resources needed.
